Yury Suponitsky is a partner at ATD Law specializing in litigation and real estate law. With a profound commitment to excellence and innovation in the legal field, Yury brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his practice.
After graduating Cum Laude from Mitchell Hamline College of Law in 2014, Yury embarked on his legal career with a deep-rooted passion for justice and helping others. Following law school, Yury honed his legal skills as an Assistant County Attorney with the Ramsey County Human Services Division. Driven to make a more direct impact on individuals' lives, Yury transitioned to private practice, focusing on Social Security Disability Law. Over six years, he represented clients in more than a thousand hearings nationwide, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to advocating for those in need.
In 2021, Yury embarked on a new chapter in his career, pursuing his passion for litigation and real estate law. His decision to join ATD Law Firm was influenced by the firm's visionary approach to legal practice, which resonates with his belief in the power of innovative legal technology combined with top-tier customer service.

Ashley Bilderback
Ashley Bilderback joined ATD Law Firm, PLLC to use her experience in accounting and law to assist clients with their real estate, business and estate planning endeavors. She focuses on these three practices of law because they all relate to a client’s prosperous future. She loves working with clients to understanding who they are, what they value, and what their overall goals are.
Because of the personal nature of her practice, Ashley prides herself in working with clients to ensure their unique needs are being heard and portrayed in the work she does.
Ashley is originally from Minnetonka, Minnesota. She received her Bachelor degree in Accounting from Saint Cloud State University and her law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Before joining ATD Law Firm, Ashley worked as an estate planning attorney in the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin suburbs helping clients prepare their estate plan and plan for their future. She enjoys walking her clients through the different estate planning tools to curate a plan that best suits her client’s needs and circumstances.
While not in the office, you can find Ashley exploring the city with family, friends, and her two dogs: Luna, and Walker. She enjoys running, golfing, and working on new home renovation projects. She continues to support several non-profits and enjoys volunteering her time with the Junior League of Minneapolis.
